If I can give this place a zero I would. Tj nails i absolutely DISGUSTING, the place looks like its never been cleaned before. I got acrylic nails from them and my nail started growing a fungus infection because they have dirty tools that they don't wash and use on people. Who the hell lets this place stay open!! I will never be going there again.
Gave many chances to this place bc they are one of few that do fancy designs. 1) grossly overcharged with no warning. Like DOUBLE the amount. 2) Asked for hot pink, got RED ORANGE and they argued with me about it. 3) asked for a design was told they couldn't bc my nails are too short. NOT TRUE they only want to do long nails. It's not your damned hands bro. 4) RUDE. 5) takes HOURS bc they leave you waiting in the middle of your service basically holding you prisoner to their time schedule EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. WORST EVER.
Owner Tommy is rude, exceedingly unprofessional and not welcoming. That's all. Not the most up to date salon. It's obvious he puts no money into renovations. So many nail salons which are far superior and welcoming..Took one look and was creeped out. Avoid.
They were very rude. Yelling for me to take my daughter out of the salon when her pedicure was done and I was still being worked on. They hand you off to other people I. The middle of doing your nails.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD ATTITUDES.
I got a pedicure and a full set at the salon, but hadnt been there in years. One of the male owners did my nails and he was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life, just a nasty disposition. I was so uncomfortable and it seems like every design I wanted he changed it or told me something negative about it. He was even criticizing my hands, who does that?? so I really didn't get what I wanted. I would not recommend this establishment unless it's a last choice. I usually only do reviews unless they're really good or really bad- but their customer service is very poor! if they don't like their jobs, they should consider something else. You Cannot talk to people the way they do and expect people to return. Work on your personalities. Everytone cant be wrong.
