The owner is rude and very disrespectful. He is not friendly to the customers at all. The only nice person there is the Columbian young lady. He yells and dismisses customers request. Do not go there.
Well this picture is almost two weeks since my powdered manicure and it was amazing I'm going back and taking my daughter. I love a pedi well done specially powder. It was not busy when I went and I wish I remembered the name of the lady that took care of me she was fantastic.
Let me just say this was the worst nail salon I have ever been too. The owner did my nails and I asked for uv acrylic gel fill. I knew i had two nails that were really short which would need tips. The rest just a cut. FIRST OFF THEY CHARGE FIVE BUCKS TO CUT UR NAIL. then after he used a metro card to pop the old gel off. After he did my nails they came out rushed an awful there parts where gel was missing so I can see my actual nail. I told him he still didn't do it right. I leave get in the car there are bubbles all over my nails!!! Two days later my nail breaks two of them. I go back we argue telling him to do it for free or give me money back. He does them cuts my actual finger underneath which started bleeding NO SORRY. Then he proceeds to add new gel and when he starts to buffer the gel flew off again so he had to do it again. He clearly does not know what he is doing and said he has been doing nails for 10 years. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON VERY RUDE AND awful at nails.
Customer service is terrible. Gel tip popped off after one week and they charged me to fix it. Man was rude.
I walked into prisca nails and spa asking for a refill they told me that my nails were too long so I offered to cut them down they then told me that they didn't have the tips I wanted so I offered to takeoff my tips and get a full set they continue to deny my service THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE ! They kept grabbing my hands and staring at my nails asking a bunch of different questions that have nothing to do with the service I was inquiring I felt very uncomfortable and very humiliated
