Great nail salon. Clean, friendly and they actually listen to what you want. One of the few salons that doesn't try to force upsells. Highly recommend! I'm so glad my friend brought me to this place! I had a horrible experience at magic nails and Andy fixed them perfectly!
I came in for a gel manicure and was the only person in the salon. I had an awful experience. I was looking forward to a relaxing manicure and one of the nail techs talked LOUDLY to the tech doing my nails the ENTIRE time in another language. She did not stop talking for the entire 45 minutes. It was so annoying to listen to and made my experience the complete opposite of relaxing. On top of that, my nails were hardly filed and not even a week later almost everyone of them is chipped, 3 nails already broke.
I must say, Andy, the owner, is extremely polite and very professional. But he did not come back till the end of my manicure. I'm sure it would've been different had he been there during it.
Its a nice salon and it's clean, but my experience was awful. I won't be back.
I have been following Andy since I was a teenager and that was about 15 years ago! He's always done right by me and I know he will try to rectify any situation, if there is one. I have had several big events where I need pink and white gel and both he and his wife, T did an impeccable job! He's always kind and caring, conversational but not obnoxious and if he is too busy, will schedule time for me.
Only place I trust to do my nails in the area. Have been coming here for two years and am never disappointed with the service or quality.
