Michelle does a good job designing and shaping, however, the tools are not properly sanitized. A couple weeks ago I got a manicure with shellac design. My skin was clearly cut when she was cleaning my cuticles. Almost immediately after I left the salon I felt discomfort. As the days progressed, I began to feel more and more pain eventually leading to swelling. It was clear I had a bacterial infection. Currently, my finger is swollen and discharging pus. I have never had an infection before. I had been to this salon on several occasions. I now have to see a doctor to ensure this infection does not spread and is treated. A nice manicure is not worth your health. Beware! Zero stars!

They're ok. Customer service could be better, kinda short and seemed unfriendly. Charge a $2 fee for using a card which come on its 2023, cards are our main payment method.
Shame on me as I should've paid closer attention to the reviews before going. I usually go somewhere else to get my nails dipped in powder every 2-3 weeks. My regular tech is on an international vacation, so I dropped in to this salon since the parking lot was fairly empty (that should've been the first clue). I was paced with a young man in booth #5. It was clear from the start of services that the tech didn't want to wait for me to soak off, so he proceeds to use several carbide bits to drill the dip off. Now, my natural nails are ravaged because of his impatience. He dipped my nails without first shaping my own nails because he made them so paper thin with the excessive filing. The dip isn't smooth and even. There is shellac top coat all over my skin that I'll need to file off. For me, the devil is in the details. Plus, there is a hidden processing fee that wasn't disclosed when I asked if cards were taken. I learned my lesson today. I'll stay closer to home for my nail services. I will NOT be back.
I wouldn't recommend I decided to take my acrylics off because the nails kept popping off. They have damaged my nails so bad. My nails have never looked like this after taking acrylics off from another salon. Now I have to rehab my nails. They do really good with nail designs and can pretty much mimic any design you show them you want other than that I wouldn't recommend.
