Just leaving and got over charged 15$ for a fill make sure you get your prices before you sit down .. I noticed he tried to upsell my nails through-out the whole appt. Bout I never thought he straight up look at my face and rob me. It's sad how hard we work to pay for a simple fill that ended up charging me 45$ say sware! Sware!

My sister has been a long term client at this business for several years. This was my first and last encounter at this establishment. The nail tech was very patient and accommodating with what I was trying to get done. But, the owner, Lisa came over and inquired about what we were trying to do. When I didn't agree with her way of thinking, she snatched the toe separators from in between my toes. She then said something to the tech in their language and walked away looking frustrated. I felt so discarded by the owner alone. Up until this point, it was a good experience, upon which I was planning on returning. My sister also has decided she will not be returning to this place of business. Respect is expected in a place of business!!

Lee is the best nail tech at 24/7. But today I stopped in and had nails done at station 3. She had great conversation and an all around great vibe. My nails look amazing. My new regular spot.

I know from reading the reviews that not too many people had a good experience here. However, me on the other hand has had a great experience time and time again. One thing about this place is that you can't see everybody for your nails. There are a few in here that does an amazing job and others that aren't so good. My nail tech is Lee. She sits at table #2 and she AWESOME! She's the only person besides maybe one other person that I let touch my nails. But she does such a good job with the shaping, laying and designing. I recently took my younger sister to see her for prom and she killed it! My sister loved her nails . If you need a tech, see Lee at seat 2. You won't be disappointed.

I've been coming here for many years, off and on. Services are inconsistent, lazy pedicures, limited skills nail techs, but above all, the owner Lisa is rude and money hungry as others have said in reviews . She attempted to literally yell at me because I tipped two clients off to the wait time being longer than she said. They chose to leave. She then tried to tell me what I can and can't say to clients and what's not my business. After having to shut her down for her disrespect, her worker Byrd attempted to insert herself and scold me to back her boss up. She first tried to be dismissive and use obscene language, but after making it quite obvious that I would defend myself verbally and physically her and the owner tried to usher me out the front door. I attempted to speak to Lisa and tell her I'm a long time client and she's wrong for yelling or trying to tell me what I can and can't say. She couldn't even look me in the eyes, then ran and held the door open signaling for me to leave. After disrespecting me yet again. They must only keep good reviews lately, but truth is they're rude racist and disrespectful
