Just wanted a trim and shampoo. I do not know if I am just smitten by her beauty and professional excellence but what I do know is my head and scalp feel like a prince because of her magic fingers. Lane Scott my hair and I appreciate you and your work.

I love this place. I was an Aveda girl but Synergy does better hair and color. I've been to other salons like Lucy Pop and All the Aveda salons but Synergy has done the best job with my hair. They have great products, too. I just switched hair products after their samples made my hair feel like silk. My stylist is Stephanie. She's talented, she does great color and she's so nice. The prices are the best that I've paid in Nashville. A+ for Synergy.

Omg!!!! This place is InCrEdIbLe!!! I manage the building across the street, West46th Apartments, and we can not get enough of this place! The Synergy girls lured us in with a fun evening of make overs and BAM!!! Instant customers forever! It's smell amazing in the salon, the ladies are gorgeous, and it is exactly what you want when they begin their magic! Job well done, Gals! They've us coupons for our residents to use and so far, I've had two of my newest West46th additions to take Synergy up on the discount! We could all take a marketing lesson from these folks! :D

My rating is for Synergy's customer service, not its salon services. I never made it to getting my hair done by the stylist recommended to me. Instead, I arrived for my 4:30 appointment at 4:35, was greeted by no one, wandered down the hallway to find someone that would assist me. I was told to go in the waiting room and that my stylist would be right with me. I waited 25 minutes. No one came in, offered me a beverage, said my stylist was running late, nothing. Finally at 5, I get up to leave, and someone does come to ask me if they can get me anything. At that point, I decided it is not worth spending $100+ to get my hair done at a salon where I am ignored for 25 minutes. The kicker is, I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks in advance and had asked to have a 5 p.m. appointment, but I was told the stylist could only do 4:30 p.m. So, I came to work early today in order to make this appointment. Synergy, please value your clients' time or at the very least better communicate. I am deeply disappointed and hope no one has to go through this type of experience.

I love Georgina! Like mermaids?! Check out her space. Plus she gave me a killer cut while I'm attempting to grow out a pixie! Looking forward to our next sesh. And having her touch up my roots for my bright blue hair! Also super bummed there isn't a bright blue hair emoji right now
