Erin absolutely floored me with her color and extensions services. Worth every single penny. I have been getting specialty pastel color in my hair for 4 years now and she was able to match the color my old stylist was doing perfectly with no damage to my hair. this is my first time getting keratin extensions and i don't think I could ever go back to my regular hair alone. they are perfectly blended with my natu hair, so comfortable, and surprisingly effortless to maintain! I can't stop looking at myself. I'm so happy I found Erin. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her.

I've been looking for someone new to do my hair and came across good reviews for Swoon. I took a risk and choose a stylist with availability and struck gold. Melissa basically gave me a hair makeover. She has a very special talent and she is also a great person with a big heart. By far the best salon experience I've ever had. I have finally found my holy grail stylist in Austin! This salon is in a great location with its own private small lot to park in the back. I have curly hair and had an appointment with Mickey the owner. I have never enjoyed a hair appointment as much as I did that day. I felt I was heard and understood when it came to my request for my hair. I had gone to several other scientists in the city and was not really happy with the results. I understand curly hair is not the easiest to work with, therefore finding a stylist like Mickey or a salon like Swoon is a treasure. Not only did I receive amazing service, I was not pushed to buy products. I purchased products because I was low on certain items but no one pressured me into making a purchase. On the contrary the owner Mickey said she doesn't like to be wasteful, and if we have products at home still she encourages us to wait until they're done. Of course she recommends products of quality. I am just very excited, appreciative, and grateful to have found a stylist that knows how to cut curly hair. Before even styling it I love the way the haircut looked. I had never felt that way about any haircut in my entire life. Before I left the salon I had already scheduled my next appointment. You won't regret going to the salon. All of the stylus not just Mickey or talented, professional, and definitely know what they're doing!

I got my haircut here by Michelle about a month ago and it was a great experience. My friend recommended Michelle to me as we have curly/wavy hair that we haven't always had the easiest time finding the right cut for. Michelle was so kind and informative throughout the entire cut and it really felt like she wanted me to gain a better understanding of how to take care of my hair the way I wanted to. Another thing I liked was that Michelle had used a lot of the products she was recommending personally, so it didn't feel like she was pushing any kind of product on me. But but by far my favorite thing is that its a month later and I have liked my hair cut more and more every day - she cut it in a way that it's grown out so well and I cant wait to go back! Highly recommend Michelle as well as this salon.

She's a master colorist who is always learning new techniques and taking classes to keep her skills 100%. Micky is the master of her craft. I know when I'm in her chair I can relax because she knows my hair and my style. She has kept meticulous records of my hair color history AND the salon software they use tracks my appointments so I always know when to book my next service. This salon checks all the boxes for VIP service and artists. Micky and Swoon get 100 stars!
