Absolutely had a blast here! The staff was so kind and fun to chat with! The nails are stunning! Tweety is amazing and did such a fantastic job making these nails come true. Such a great place!

I was excited to come to this nail salon. I haven't been here, so I decided to try it out. I got my gel nails and gel toes done. I told him what I wanted for my toes and my toes look very nice, I wanted them more square shape but they look good. The man doing my nails and toes was very nice and friendly. Now on to my nails. I showed a picture to him said I wanted them to look like the photo, the shape is a slim almond shape with a opal/pearl polish. I got the color with brush steaks on each nail and widely shaped uneven nails. I did say at 1st I wanted gel on my toes and regular polish on my acrylic nails, but he ended up doing gel and said it won't chip. I think it's $10 more. I just said ok. I asked can you make the nails slim, file them more inward. He said yes but they just never were close to the photo. The shape is nothing what I asked for. I showed the photo more than 5 times. I also complained about the streaks from the polish brush. They said they couldn't do anything about that, I suggested a different brush? They said no. Ok but someone should have done the shape correctly. I'm giving it 2 stars because the my toes look good and he was nice. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's nothing what I asked for. I was there for more than 3 hours. I never got the shape or color I wanted. I paid the full amount and left. I didn't try to ask for a discount or get nails free like some people might do... I just wanted what I asked for and if they couldn't do it they should have just said I can't accomplish the look you want and that would have been fine. Now I wasted my money on ugly nails I didn't want. It was cheap. It makes me upset. People work HARD for their money and walk out looking horrible and pay a lot $$$. Unfortunately for this experience I wouldn't recommend or be back!

I walk in to have one nail fixed and there's three employees and one customer and they all staring at me like I'm crazy. Then they try to tell me it's a 45 minute wait?? If you don't want my money just say that. Thanks anyways.

I came here today to get my nails done. The employees were at the front desk welcoming me and my family. I was told to sit down at a table after choosing my colors. The man who was doing my nails was really kind and he was complimenting me, but it was a little hard to understand him. Once he told me to "Sit down!" I thought nothing about it but I just sat down again anyway. When he was using the nail file on me, he was doing it a bit aggressively but I thought nothing about it. He also was taking to his friend at the same time which i thought was a little strange but dealt with it. Afterwards, I really liked how my nails looked. The tools all looked clean and everything went smoothly. I paid and left. I will totally come back!
