Supercuts in Washington, MO

I've gone to supercuts for a couple years only because I live across the street and it's affordable, and it's been my go to place because the hairdresser I loved and trusted at another salon moved and I haven't been able to find a good one that I can replace him with. I've gone there with pictures to get my hair done and every-time I try to get my hair colored I've had to go back a second or third time because it never looks like it was touched the first time or it's never the same color that I showed them. The last time I went to get it colored was a year ago ( the manager did my hair) and I paid around $60 to $75 dollars plus tip ( and had to go back a second time to get more highlights because you couldn't see the ones from the first time, it was choppy and I asked for blended). I called to see if they had any availability because I wanted to get my hair done while I had a babysitter that day and as I mentioned it being a cross the street it's very convenient. The woman on the phone told me that she couldn't quote it over the phone and that I would have to come there to get a quote. I could understand that but I've been going there for a couple years and within this past year I've gone multiple times to get my eyebrows done and they always pulled my name up in the system so I asked if she could pull my name up in the system and see how much I paid last time and she said she could. She asked for my name and looked and said I wasn't in their system so I spelled it out, gave her my maiden name ect. Her response was that they changed their system two years ago so she wouldn't be able to find it very rudely. I was there this year and last year multiple times so that didn't make sense.... So I nicely asked if I came over there today would they be able to do it. She told me that she didn't know how busy they would be and was very indecisive about making an appointment and her tone was rude. So I told her the manager did my hair last time and asked if she was there and come to find out she was the manager........ I guess I'll have to find the next closest place or a babysitter that's willing to stay longer because I rather pay for good customer service..... But I will mention the girl that's done my eye brows this year has always been very kind and does a good job. I just prefer the manager to be a little more professional instead of talking rudely to customers. Plus, if I go there I want to know if they would have time or not. Not knowing and having to drive over there is a waste of my time if they decide they don't have time....
