PRO NAILS & SPA in Washington, MO

Would not recommend this business to anyone!! When we arrived at our pedicure appointment & checked in there was no where to sit and wait before they were ready for us. When we finally sat down for the appointment, it was rough from the start. Both older men working on both my mom & I were staring at me and my mother for talking to one another during our appointment, continuing to look up & glare while they were working. I am not one to be disrespectful or loud, especially in public when others are trying to enjoy themselves. On another note. the paint job & pedicure themselves were beyond awful and both of our toes turned out the exact same way. For something that is supposed to be enjoyable & relaxing, save yourself the money and do it at home or go somewhere else

I went in today for a fill.  I have been going here for a few months and the ladies in the salon are good at what they do.  The men, however, do not.  The one who did my fill left my nail crooked and uneven lengths.  He left me sitting in the chair while he disappeared into the back of the salon, not once but twice.  When he was working on my nails he was watching a show on his phone and texting.  The televisions were not synced and they were on a sound loop.  It reminded me of a kindergarten Row Row Row your boat choir class.  I was then passed off for someone else to do the color.  The top coat is all over my cuticles and I have had to refile my nails and chip of top coat.  With more than one person working on my nails I am not even sure who gets my tip?!?!?!

me and my friend went in for pedicures in February 2023. I told them I did not want gel and I did not want the corners of my toenails clipped. They did gel and not only clip the corners of my toenails, but ripped my cuticle for quite a ways and also clip my toenails way too short. Same happened with my friend who had a different technician. We will never go back there again.

They did a good job. Place was pleasant and clean, people were friendly. I forgot who did my nails but she was tiny and had glasses.

I will not be going back due to the fact that I called ahead of time and they said they weren't busy at all and I got there and had to wait 45 mins. when they finally took me and my friend the lady that was doing my friends nails played on her phone then went and sat in the massage chair and continued to play on her phone until another customer arrived and she did her nails. then they guy that did mine made them more square then coffin when I wanted coffin my right thumb nail is a lot thinner than my left. me and my friend then got pedicures and I was told my toes were dry I got home and took my socks off and my nail polish was messed up!
