Just had the worst experience at Supercuts. The lady did not understand when I told her I wanted to let my hair grow out. She asked if I was growing it out to donate my hair then said " like the 70's. All I wanted her to do was trim the back and clean up the sides and she told me she didn't know what I wanted.
I was here last Sunday for the 1st time. Strange place, didn't get a good vibe when I walked in. As I waited I watched a little child getting his hair cut. The girl was SO mean to him I couldn't believe it! the hair dresser was poking the side of the child's head over and over saying" if you were holding your head still I couldn't do this to you" "STOP MOVING!" I could see he. Wanted to cry. A good hair dresser KNOWS HOW TO CUT CHILDREN'S HAIR W/O BEING SO MEAN

I've had great haircuts here, but I've also had the worst haircut of my life here. I've figured out to check-in on the app and request Beth, who has years of experience and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Beth is very professional and knows what she's doing.
I went in today to get my hair cut, blow dried and straightened, the lady up front told me that they had 3 more people coming in for appointments ( in a way turning me down) but the other girl with short blue hair took me and started my hair. She washed it and in the process barely put conditioner so as she was detangling I felt my hair ripping out , ( she pretty muched blamed it on my hair type) she then blow dried it and it came out dry so I asked if she could put more oil,she told me that the company doesn't provide them with oil and that she put the most she can. My hair looked hideous and when she used the straightener to curve my ends she told me that since it's just my ends that she won't charge but that it's typically $1 or so a minute for straightening hair which I found completely absurd. I'm sorry but I won't be coming here again this was a waste of 35 dollars I ended up straightening my own hair . IF YOU CANT DO A CERTAIN HAIR TYPE AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD, DONT EVEN BOTHER. I felt like she didnt care the way it looked, as long as it was washed and blow dried she did her job. smh
Went on Sunday for a haircut. Rude stylist, horrible cut. Went to a salon tonight to have haircut shaped as best as could be. Stylist tonight said it was a really bad cut. Felt so bad she didn't charge me.
