Melissa was not interested in me or in giving me the haircut I wanted. She not only ignored my instructions to keep length, but then proceeded to tell me she'd only taken off one inch (more like eight). She added horrible thick chunky layers which I did not agree to and they are so short I can't even put my hair into a ponytail (my hair was almost to my mid-back before the cut and now chunks are so short they don't even reach my chin). I'm livid about it. Never going back. The worst part? I tipped her 20%! (Face palm). I couldn't wait to get out of there - she seemed surprised when I didn't want her to blow dry it into a beehive and I left with it still wet. Nightmare.

I haven't had my hair done in so long and I found Salon Bella just typing in the closest hair place near me and liked the reviews so I booked an appointment . When I got there everyone was so nice and welcoming. And my hairstylist, Nikki I believe, was so great and gave me exactly what I wanted. Really listened to what I wanted and gave me her opinion when I asked. I not only love it but I've gotten A LOT of compliments on it too and it's really my first time getting highlights on my dark brown hair. The cut is beautiful and the company was great. Thank you for the experience. I will be returning every time I need a cut or color. Thank you again!
Love this place. First, totally Covid safe. They take this seriously. Then, the atmosphere. You are warmly greeted when you walk in. NO WAIT. My stylist, Jill, is the perfect combo of professionalism, artist and raconteur. I don't even bother to say what I want because I know her ideas are better. And prices are reasonable. The only downside is that I always spend too much money at Belmont market next door (plus side - great location so I can also get to cross a few chores off of my To Do list when I get my hair cut)
I adore this place!! Nicole is the best! It's beautifully decorated and the whole experience is wonderful. Always a pleasure, and she touches up my bangs whenever I need it.
