Everything sucks in the "post COVID-19 world" (EVERYTHING was better when Trump was President) and ALL businesses are struggling with staffing issues *but* somehow Supercuts has managed to do a pretty darn good job of staying open and delivering a consistent service. I didn't realize just how appreciative and grateful I was for Supercuts until I spent about a year CUTTING MY OWN HAIR !!! Thank You Supercuts
I called to make an appt, they said 11am. I had to sit for over an hour and finally got called up a little after noon. The ladies did apologize but there's no reason to make appts here.
Ya'll, don't knock Supercuts. I had a great experience today! I am typically "that girl" who spends $80 for a haircut (and have worked for a few years in the salon industry myself), but honestly I'm over it. I work from home and have super low maintenance style, so I was looking for a trim that wasn't going to cost as much as I was used to paying. Elizabeth (Ely) took my info over the phone and was able to see me on short notice (within 5-10 mins). There was only one other client there, and all staff were wearing masks. The other stylist was great too, I heard her asking lots of questions to her client (how did she want it, length preference, etc). The shop was clean and actively being wiped down at the front counter when I arrived. The haircut was only $21 (granted, you do NOT get any shampooing before, or any blow drying afterwards - unless you ask in advance, I believe) but I'm so stoked I only had to pay $30 TOTAl for a haircut! Honestly, saved me $50?? A godsend. Regarding the haircut, it's pretty much the same as the end result at a high-end salon. Sure, you walk out with the epic blowout, but when you finally have to do your hair by yourself.... it's really not that much different. Thanks SC!
Just got my first haircut since Covid started last year by Jess. She did a great job, she was very patient with my wife trying to explain how to cut my hair so that she would like it. I originally showed up as a walk in at 12:30 and found out that she was booked until 2:30pm, came back and got a really great haircut. Thank you Jess, you just made me a regular customer. Hope you are able to go to Italy soon.
