I called hours ahead of time I asked them if they can do duck nails ???? Because I know that not a lot of salons can accomplish that. They told me on the phone that they CAN. I also showed them this picture of what the exact shape I wanted in person and the lady and every employee in there said that they can.This is what they were trying to let me walk out with.I told them this does not look at all like the picture, these look like normal short nails. I told the girl that was working on my nails that she can still save them, and just to do her thing and add the French tip, she asked me rudely three times if I would even want to continue and I just told her you know what, no let's stop. I asked them if I still had to pay, even though I basically got SET UP and they made me pay $35 and this grown man did a full body shrug and annoyingly chuckled at me when I ask them to take them off . So now, I have to go spend more money to get these removed and I wasted 3 hrs of my time today, GO NAIL IT !!!!
I made an appointment at 12 then she wrote me down for 12: 30 that's fine misunderstandings. So I waited 40! Minutes for her to walk up to me and ask if I can come back at 4??? And since I work at 4 I told her I couldn't and she said oh sorry I have another appointment at 1... so I had to leave!! With an appointment made and after waiting 40 minutes. I always come here but I will never be back very upsetting.
6 days after having my nails done by Phillip. Massive fungal infection. I'm in so much pain!! This is the 3rd time I've gotten my nails done here & each time, the workers are rude and unprofessional. I showed Phillip a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, and he did them how he wanted to instead. It hasn't been a week since the new set was put on, and a total of 5 nails have lifted off and have fungal infections. Save your money and go to a better nail salon; Be Polished in Vista.
