I have been using this location for a long time now. I normally just let anyone cut my hair. I am no fuss about my hair. Wash, dry a little and then comb into place. That's it for the day. A while back I have someone new to me cut my hair - Marisa. Her cuts make everything lay just right.
I called at 10:55 am to check if there's a wait time. I was told there was no need to wait. When I walked in after 2 minutes since I was in the area, I was told that there are 2 more on wait at 11am. There's just 2 hair specialist in the location. If you communicate with each other then you'd be of better service to your guests.
My 17 year old went in tonight and asked for simple haircut: #8 on the sides, #10 on the top. He has very thick curly hair. He waited 35 minutes, was given an 8 minute cut, I couldn't even tell he got his haircut when he came home. His hair is unevenly cut, they hair dresser didn't wash his hair and when he tried to ask her to cut it shorter and even it out, she told him "no, I'm finished." Wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Ever.
Had a great haircut from Anna. They were running on time and she cut my hair just as I asked for. The staff was polite and had a great rapport with their customers ranging in age from children to late middle age adults.
