I want to leave a better rating because every time I leave I like how my hair looks but EVERY single time I come I make an appointment and still have to wait at least 30 minutes. If you accept walk ins as well as appointments you must have more than one person working. I am usually spending 2-2.5 hours here every single time due to the wait.
what's wrong with this thing Is it normal to be "open" while yet your doors are locked and closed and it looks like no one is inside on a Sunday afternoon and to have a sign on the door that says cash only today. We tried the door and it was locked but then someone came by and unlocked it to say it was cash only today which we and replied said we have cash and so we were letting there was only one person attending the store. The stylist we had was a bedroom. We were really in need of a haircut for our 4-year-old. I get it. He's a little squirmy but to tell us. Well that's the best I can do. He's so squirmy and it's not a very good haircut. My wife was so mad she paid her and we got out of there. It was just an okay haircut but the service was terrible and the cash only was kind of sketch
Needed a last minute hair cut, ended up here. I've been to plenty of fancy salons with mixed results, wasn't sure what to expect. Hannah Khavy did an incredible job, better than most places I've paid five times as much. Got a pompadour, faded on the side.
This is my favorite place to get my haircut. The stylists and the manager treat you like family.
I just left surgery and needed someone to wash and blow dry my hair. They charged me $40 for a wash and blow dry. The girl who did my hair had rinse me twice because she left shampoo in my hair. Her excuse when I asked why I was paying $40 for a wash was "you have a lot of hair". I'm not sure if my curly hair is what she was referring to. But it took just about an hour. I will never ever return nor would I suggest anyone go here. Then the girl who was originally helping me couldn't have ran any faster from the course ted when my mom and myself walked in. This place doesn't deserve any stars. And I truly wish I I would have gone elsewhere.
