Decided to stop here for a pedicure because it's close to my house. I should have listened to my first mind. They have partitions up and plastic on the chairs. They also use plastic in the pedicure bowls. I'm not sure they change them. Here's my issue...the lady cut the mess out of me and placed her thumb over where she cut my toe like I didn't feel it. Second the toe separators looked a little bent but I said to myself nah she just got up to get them from a drawer. Mind you I had my eyes closed most of the time trying to enjoy the massage chair. Then while I was sitting under the dryer I noticed a little container with used toe separators and flops. I thought hmm maybe they recycle. BUT THEN I took my flop or whatever it's called off and noticed it was stained on the part where my foot goes. Needless to say I won't be back and I came home and washed and sprayed alcohol on my feet. I still gave her a tip though. Sigh
Called and asked about getting a nail fixed and they asked me if I got them done there, I said no so they told me they didn't have time for that. They said if they did them they would have time. How rude! I have been there multiple times to get my nails done but I will never be back.

don't blame my gel nail polish is chipping because of cleaning when I don't even work in housekeeping or any job with chemicals that has anything to do with cleaning.
Went to this place Wednesday had to return back Friday and Monday for them to re paint my nails due to it peeling off, I've been getting gel all my life never have I ever had to return twice to get a nail re painted, they blamed me please don't go here!! I use to love them smh
Never coming back again. I got my nails done with a new nail tech that sits 2 tables from Nikki and she put nail tips on that were smaller than my real nail. Also the fact that the shaping was poorly done, none of my nails are similar yet alone identical. I've had them done for only 3 days now and one of them broke, I went back the day after I got them done just for her to polish over what she missed. $35 and a tip for shitty nails only to come back today wanting the nail that broke due to the incorrect nail size and was told I'd be charged $5. Not to mention tools I've seen used on other clients weren't sanitized properly.
