Supercuts in Silverdale, WA

OK well I showed up at 5:50 in hopes of running into someone to cut my hair because the time on the on the door said 6 PM to close oh yeah, they have like a lack of workers and so like sometimes they don't even open because they only have one person yeah so what are they still in business?

First of all, don't believe what you read. Some people wouldn't be happy if a movie star cut their hair. They are simply out to drag everyone down with their problems. I went in for the first time after being new to the area. The gal was busy and when I asked how much longer it would be, the manager Stephanie came out and went out of her way to get her tools out of her car to help. Let me tell you, she did a super job on my hair which was much better than it ever was. My wife was shocked at how quick it took with results that kept her smiling at her man. Thanks Stephanie, I hope you can cut me again. I'll give you a 5 star any day.

They said they would "squeeze me in" because someone was coming in for an appointment in 15 minutes. I showed her a photo and she kept asking if I wanted it to look like the photo. Like every five seconds she asked me that and I confirmed yes. She still did something completely different and sloppy. Squeezing someone in was not a good idea. Learn how to say no. This haircut looks like a child gave it to themselves.

I brought my daughter to get a hair cut there today. The lady at the desk was annoyed that I even made an appt. I came back for my appt, wasn't even acknowledged. She turned to the other lady working there and said my daughters name and that we where early and walked away. The other lady walked to the desk and ask of we were ready. I said "we are ready when you are, I know we're early." They don't introduce themselves are wear name tags. So I dont know their names. The entire appointment, she complained about her bosses, how over worked they are, they never get vacation time and They always have to work holidays. They both were talking negatively about their customers and they didn't want to cut some ladys hair cause she was rude. I get they are over worked and busy on a Saturday, but thats no excuse to be rude to customers coming in. The lady cutting my daughters hair was complaining about her job so much, she wasn't paying attention to her hair cut and she cut my daughters hair uneven. I made her fix it. She rang me up at the register, she didn't even tell me how much it was. All she was worried about was a tip. I'd give zero stars if I could. If you want to be treated poorly and want an uneven hair cut, cause that's what you're paying for. I guess they don't want to work and wanna sit down all day. Sorry making money annoys you both. They were rude to every customer that came in the door, when Inwas there I wouldve said something, but not while she was holding scissors, cutting my daughter hair. She didn't even help my 6 year old get out the chair. She literally cut her hair and walked to the register. Needless to say, I will not be back. Go to Great Clips across the street

Did a walk in. And I right away noticed how dirty the place was and the lady came out from the back and asked what did I want to get done, I told her I would like my daughter's hair to be trimmed. She rudely says were only accepting appointments and just stares at me like I'm suppose to know that and doesn't even ask if I would like to schedule an appointment.
