I needed a root color touchup badly while on vacation. I made an appointment that I had to wait a few days for. Jenessa was my colorist. She was extra friendly and also an excellent colorist. She walked me through the color choices in dark brown in a way no one ever had. I was so happy with the good result. I only wish I had her in my area.

I went to super cuts for he first time ever and I was already hesitant. The stylist messed up mine and my son's line ups. One side is boxed and the other is pointed. I'm disappointed. I will do it myself from now on, I feel like I'll do a better job. I've never had anyone use shears on a cut with locs, she called the braids too. I should've know then.
