DO NOT GO HERE!! The girl Ashley has no clue what she is doing. I asked for blonde high lights and came out with Purple hair. She tried to hide it. I came back and she gave me shampoo to use. I went back the following week and she stated she did not see the color was orange and purple. Her coworker came over and stated she did not see a problem. I showed her a picture of my normal hair and she told Ashley to give me back my money. DO not go here if you want your hair. Its sad I looked better going in than coming out. I got written up at work because of how bad it looked. Don't waste your time.
Dont consider $35 for just a cut (25 mins) if that. - worth it. This is not New York. The girl had no suggestions or a clue if that. Makes me wonder if she actually went to school for it. No certificate posted. Wont be back.
Excellent service received every visit, a beautiful salon in a brand new location, very friendly and knowledgeable stylists that do beautiful work, would highly recommend dealing with what is very likely the best salon in Sevier County!

This place is an embarrassment to hair salons. Came in to get color and cut and was told even though they are registered as a redken salon only one person uses redken. The person who greeted me at door went to speak to another person who then came to me smacking her gum and blowing bubbles and said... I don't do a lot of redken and I don't do purple. I have purple highlights. She was rude and arrogant. Guess they have all the business they need.
