It's obvious this salon does not check their reviews - seemingly they aren't concerned with bad ones. But it's come to my attention (and also two of my friends who also go here) that they now charge an addtl fee to 'remove your gel polish' ! WTH ... and since our money as just as important to us as it is to them, we say STOP tipping! Let the owner find a way to compensate her employees for their tip money! We all found another salon which does not charge this addtl fee....do your research ladies
First time visiting and I was not disappointed! I made appointment with Lynn, she was so good! I have ingrown toenails and it's very hard to find someone that can take care of them! So happy I went here!
First time here..I got a Full Acrylic Set and I love it! The place is was super clean and well organized. The table of nail colors was amazing, there were tons of books and color rings! Jason did an amazing job! He was super kind and talented. He took extra care to ensure the shape and size was perfect on every nail. My friend also went today and got a full acrylic set by Cherry. She also did an amazing job! The design work she did was great! Will be back
I was going to get my nails done with Missy, but my nails were not that bad. Also, she raved about Jason, calling him "the bomb." She was here last month, but Jason was not there. Someone else was there to do her nails, but she said even though she was good, "She's no Jason!" So I decided not to stay since I couldn't have Jason, too!
We picked her up a little shy of two hours. Her nails and toes looked lovely. I asked if her fingernails were gels. She told me they were dipped, and cause fewer problems to the nail bed than gels. I will ask my nail tech about dipping since I've been getting gels for over a year. Dipping & powder sound like a good idea! Didn't ask about toe nails. Think they are just polish.
If I lived here, I would definitely come here for my nail needs & ask for Jason. And if we return when my nails need a personal touch, I'll go without Missy so I can have Jason as my nail tech!
I'm the fool for going back to this place, it's been a year since I've been here and that was too soon. Appointments are a joke and if you walk in they never quote the correct time therefore you wait and wait and THEN when you ask how much longer they tell you it's still going to be longer. People have lives and jobs, sitting in a nail salon and still not getting service is a waste time. Great for your business that you are busy, but stop stacking people and learn how to manage a schedule and a wait list.
