Have had experiences in a few of Supercuts various salons in area. Found this to be one right up there in service and satisfaction. In the past and for many years I used one hair salon with same person doing cut and color and eyebrows and good conversation. This one ranks closely to what kind of service I am expecting. Bringing my granddaughter to Supercuts now also.
This place is near my home, and I've been coming here for a few years. I've had different stylists during that time, and I've never had a bad haircut. They listen then cut my hair as I want it done. I have been elsewhere in that time frame, but now come here exclusively. It's not cheap for a basic haircut, but worth it I think. At times they're busy, at times not. I just walk in but you can make an appointment in advance. Get the tea tree treatment sometime, you'll enjoy it. That they're open til 8 on weekdays works well for me too.

Terrible quality. They don't understand how to cut men's hair. Go to a barber shop!
Got my eyebrows waxed here twice. Won't do it a third time. The first time the wax wasn't even hot enough because someone had turned it off. I should have just left. Second time, different woman, she did not listen to me when I said NOT thin. And she made then uneven. I'll just go back to plucking!
