I was definitely blessed when I stopped in the shop for a quick haircut. I am from out of town and desperately needed some help. Olivia listened to what I wanted and I got an amazing haircut. I got some tips from her on what product to use and bought that product. I am home and I really am enjoying this haircut. Exactly what I wanted. When we are back in town I will be back Olivia!!
Save yourself a bad experience and DO NOT GO HERE!!! My hair was broke in several places and the color was wrong. Said they would try and fix it but cancelled my appointment day before and said the BIG BOSS would not let them touch my hair. So they screw up and they offer you conditioner as a solution?? Called their # for customer service and receive a refund but when I called about getting my hair fixed dead silence! The manager completely ignored me when I was there and when I left in tears just sat on her rear talking to a customer. Ended up having to pay $100 to get it fixed!They should really look at how they treat their customers because I was there for over 2 years.#DONTGOTOSUPERCUTS!!
I've never had a problem with them. I go there because there reasonable prices and they are friendly to me and I leave satisfied with my hair cut.
Do not go here, I brought my son for a haircut before a big day for him. When I picked him up he walked out and we went right back in. When I pointed out the flaws in his haircut the lady said oh I see it. Then why did you let him leave like that. Then she proceeded to continue to destroy his haircut. I had him pull the Cape off and we rushed around salem trying g to find somewhere to have it fixed. Luckily the lady at Hollywood Nails is an artist and fixed his haircut.
Not friendly at all. They don't even say hello when you walk in. It seem like people in there are being force to work. And the service was horrible I didn't get what I want it. If I were you I keep looking else where.
