Supercuts in Roseburg, OR

When you walk into the shop, you hear nothing but laughter wonderful conversation there. Very warm hearted and it's so easy to use the app and that impresses me the most lol. And when I sit down in the chair, autumn knows exactly what haircut I'm therefore and I can't say anymore, but, I am so glad I walked in there the first time

If I could proceed and give them a -Star I would. I started with Supercuts in Burian Wasington in 1986 and stayed with them until we moved to Myrtle Creek years later. I was so happy when we got a Supercuts in Roseburg having always been given quality service at my previous store. That enthusiasm has steadily diminished!! My last 2 experiences have cured me, I'll never go back. My last wash and trim was done by Janet and had to tell her that you trim ends on long hair by sectioning it horizontally NOT vertically, and she didn't even bother to ask if I wanted my bangs trimmed!! The wash was even worse!! I told her twice that she wasn't getting my hair wet much less shampooed at the base of my head.

I called the next day to speak to the manager, Amber, to let her know of my negative experience. After explaining all that had gone wrong, she asked that a give her a couple of days until Janet worked again and she'd had a chance to speak with her and she'd give me a call. That was 5 weeks and 2 messages left for her later. It speaks volumes when the manager doesn't follow through!!

In a nutshell, 1st time shame on them, 2nd time shame on me! There won't be a 3rd time!!!! I don't have $33.00 and a $5.00 tip to waste on the worst wash and cut I've ever had!!!!

I was too harsh in my review after having talked to my friend and shouldn't have said anything at all about this.  I have tried repeatedly to remove my prior review and keep receiving an error message.  It is usually very busy, and I know that they are doing the best they can and they always do a good job.

I just showed up hoping someone would cut my hair.
Sunshine cut my hair and did a great job.  My hair is really curly and I was really overdo!  She got the shape and curl back.   I hope Sunshine is there next time I need curlcare!

I've recently moved here in Roseburg and have been looking for a barber the past couple of months.  i've tried a couple of private of barbershops and was sadly disappointed.  I thought i'd give Supercuts a try and i'm glad i did.  Sunshine was her name and doing awesome haircuts is her game.  Thank you Sunshine for giving me a "ray" of hope that corporate can give great service.   I'll definitely come back to Sunshine, you are my Sunshine, you make me happy, when hair's gone array.
