I absolutely love this place. It is every woman's dream. They always have everything I need when I go in.

I went to the Ulta salon for a men's clipper cut. Melissa Watson cut my hair and styled it afterwards. She did a great job. My sister said it's the best haircut I've ever had and wants my hair styled the same way for her wedding next week. Thanks for doing excellent work. I'll get my haircuts here from now on.

First off if your in need to do brows and/or hair this is the place to go to,
they make it so efficient to call and make an appointment, everywhere else I've called in roseburg to make an appointment for 4 days and left voice mails did not even answer or get back to me ''MELLISA ''!! is a must go to for hair i went in with me long wavy hair and my husband short curly hair
she styled both of our hair amazing and did this wonderful treatment that really helped my scalp
she also gave me this layered styled Victoria secret bombshell haircut she called it'
i love it my hair style and curls so much more beautiful! and styles so much more effortlessy thank you mellissa you are amazing also my husband loves his haircut as well the type of hair he has is very hard to find someone who can style it good. =)  

as for brows i don't trust a lot of people with my eye brows due to very bad experience with them getting to thinned or to much off or shaped to rounded or badly lol but ''bailey'' does and amazing job shaping them without even having to tell her also i never got my brows tinted before but she explained to me what it was and i love them!

Also,
every time i walk into this ulta every single one of the girls make me feel so welcomed, im from cali and love shopping and going to the ulta and sephoras there i would not get the and effort into being help there then at others ''unless i was dressed fully looking fancy and expensive'' here there always wanting to help as soon as i walk in weather im dressed to impressed or in jogging pants lol

even though im walking in by myself i feel like im truly having a girls day with them!! there always helping me pick out fantastic products weather if its for skin care, hair, or makeup i love coming here it truly is shop thererpy i few times i came in telling them i was having a stressful day and they made it so much better by shopping with me and picking out great products i felt like i was shopping with friends! lol

i know this is a pretty long review and i don't usually leave reviews but!
the amount of stressful days I've had and then going to ulta i always walked out feeling a lot happier its not just the shopping but the actual experience with every one who works there making you leave feeling a lot better about any stress you had that day shopping with you and then excited to go home and try new products even if your walking in and not shopping for much =)
it truly is shop therapy everyone who works there is amazing! thank you ulta!!

so the good is, they have lots of friendly people on the floor, wanting to help you find what you need.
the bad is every time i have been here (3 x's) i've run across the same problem.   One cashier.  i should have started my stopwatch on my phone.  i was the only person waiting in line, but i think i waited close to 15 minutes, while there were plenty of employees standing around.  next time if i have to get something there i will order it online.  i am done with this store.
