Supercuts in Porterville, CA

I called yesterday, 30 minutes before they closed just to see if I could make an appointment for my daughter for the next day (today) and I was told I'd have to call back tomorrow (today) when they opened at 9. She advised me to call right when they open because they do get booked quickly. Long story short I called this morning and the lady who answered was VERY rude, she told me she had people walking in she had to help plus answer the phone, put things away, and now she's not able to answer anymore calls because I called and she now has to put everyone and everything else on hold because she had to help me. Ummmm maybe you should have more staff from the time you open to close and not only that but isn't customer service part of your job?? If I could rate a 0 I totally would!

I was in town visiting relatives and needed a haircut. I went to supercuts and spoke with the receptionist. She said there were 2 people ahead of me with appointnents. She asked for my name and phone number I said I was going to be next door shopping. She said she would call me when they were ready. We shopped for 45 minutes and came back to the salon and sat down. The receptionist totally ignored us as if we weren't sitting in front of her. We sat another 10 minutes. She walked back and forth sanitized her hands and looked in every direction but towards me. I finally got up to ask when my turn was. She said there was 2 people with appointments ahead of me. I said you never called me l. I was waiting for phone call. She said she called me but I wasn't in the salon. You have to be in the salon. I said I was waiting for a phone call. She said we dont call your phone. The receptionist is a very poor communicator. I asked for a manager. There was no manager. I asked for the managers phone number. One of the girls went back to get it and came back and said they didn't have it. What type of customer service is this? Why wasn't the receptionist clear? I'm sure this situation has come up before. She is a poor representation of you company a poor example of good grooming with her dishevelef appearance as if she just got out of bed. Please dont let this happen to future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I NEVER think to go to Supercuts, but I was desperate for a haircut! Monica was my stylist and she was GREAT! I highly recommend her if you're looking for a quick, last-minute cut! She was very sweet, friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!

Went and got a haircut by Amanda she did an amazing job! Definitely will be going back to her it's the first time I go there and I actually get a haircut I like by someone there. Had an enjoyable experience, she listens to what you want and it seems like she enjoys doing what she does.

Surprisingly, this was the only place that actually cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. The staff is genuinely friendly. In the past, I've had my hair cut by very experienced people, some of whom owned their own shops. For some reason the newest member there did a better job then most of all the more experienced people I've been too. I'm impressed. I intend to spend my hard earned money here regularly to support them for reliable quality. I'm grateful, and now I know not to judge by experience time or title, but by skill. I highly recommend you give any of the hair stylist at this place a chance.
