I absolutely adored the staff! Kayla was my hairstylist and she was great. I had a good time with her and the fellow workers! The vibes were great and I felt so at home.
Last minute haircut needed so my mom and I swung by Supercuts. Was a little apprehensive from the reviews I read but Heather (the manager) was so friendly and sweet and she did an amazing job! Would recommend to anybody who's wanting a great haircut and conversation!
Well, I thought the worker was going to take her time and make my hair nice. My hair was around my chest length.
And when I asked for a hair style book she said "There's none." And I only wanted 1 inch cut off so the dead ends would be gone. When the worker was brushing my hair she was jabbing my hair practically and she barely went through it all. And then when she cut it it was uneven and then I asked her to fix it and then when she was done their was still a few pieces uneven so I asked AGAIN for, the girl to fix it and when it was done it was higher than my shoulders and that's definitely not 1 inch being cut off so then when I was done I asked for a hair tie so I could put it in a bun. And then she said "Sorry, we have no hair ties.." When their was a whole section of hair ties. But I wanted to be polite and not say "Oh there's some over there.." And then when I finally was about to pay she said "Its 28 dollars because I had to redo twice." And then she smiled like a freaking brat. But then I said "Miss, you messed up tho.." and then she grabbed my $30 and said "I'll keep the change." So in the end I ended up looking like Dora and practically getting robed. That's why I rate this place one star. So please don't go here. Especially the one right next to the closed down altitude there's a royal cuts there if you need a NICE hairdo.
Deanna or whatever is so awful. She ruined my hair. Couldn't even cut it to the same length. I mean really how hard is that. What's even the point of going here if you can't do a simple trim.
Amanda just cut and colored my hair! Looks amazing and the price was almost half of what I normally pay!
I was also glad she recommended a color shampoo that smells wonderful!
Salon was very clean and tidy. All the stylist were happy and polite!
