I've been getting my hair cut at the Morristown Supercuts for several years and have always been happy with the results. I wear my hair in a short, asymmetrical style that needs frequent maintenance, so the reasonable price is much appreciated. All the stylists I've tried here have been good -- and fast. I know exactly what I want and how to explain it, and that's what I get. I'm convinced that high-price salons keep you in the chair longer to make you feel like you're getting your money's worth, but the haircut isn't actually better.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. I asked for the picture on the left... I got the picture on the right. The manager was so rude from the start. She gave me a price at the beginning in hopes it would be too expensive for me. When I said yes, she got meaner and gave me attitude the entire time. I knew I should have left right away, but I wanted to give the other woman the benefit of the doubt, but clearly she had no idea how to do a balayage. Once they were done, I was in shock and just wanted to get out of there. The next day I went to a different salon and chopped it off to be a little higher than my shoulders. The experience here was mortifying and their attitude and treatment did not help.

I'm in between barbers currently (just moved into town on July 4th weekend.) Barely any barbershop was open, and I needed a haircut stat. I'm always a bit hesitant going to a chain barbershop, but felt like I could roll the dice on Supercuts. Glad I did! The lady working got me in for a cut in an instant over the phone. Explained what I was looking for in the cut and she got to it! I was in and outta there with a decent cut for cheap. I'd roll the dice again here!
