Wanted to love this place as it was close by. Unfortunately, upon entering, received weird vibes. The goal was to receive a new set of tips/gel. The technician reccomended a refill. I said that's fine as long as she replaced the tip that fallen off prior to arrival. She said yes..however when she started to do my nails. She would not do a new tip for my thumb. She made it very short to match the thumb nail even when I asked her again to add it as part of the service. I was also planning on getting a pedicure as well, but decided to leave. Upon an hour of leaving the salon, the gel started lifting from the nailbed. Will not be returning. Off to find another salon...
It was pretty good,I got my nails done it was very nice and they included flowers for free, and I was relaxing!
I Paid close to 150 for a full set with gel. the nails chipped and fell off within 2 days. I was on vacation and had to get my nails redone on vacation. I will not be going back and would not recommend.
Always friendly and polish lasts! Appointments are easy to get and they have a frequent visit card.
Do NOT go here. Worst manicure I've ever gotten, and I'm not exaggerating. I know it is hard to make short nails look good but they look worse than when I came in. Did not soak my hand, barely cut my cuticles, gel polish was left all over my hand (she blamed that in the brush being too big) and did not wipe it off after. Specs of different color on my nails AND she got annoyed when I asked for a third layer since it was completely translucent. No lotion at the end and all she said was "well it looks better than they did before".
