Supercuts in Mooresville, NC

I took my daughter in for a haircut. The woman who cut her hair was extremely kind and welcoming, however the cut was horrible. My daughter has very long hair. I asked for three inches cut off. My daughter had minor breakage in the front. I asked if she advised doing anything with it. She said she would cut it to grow. My daughter had two random chunks cut in the front. When I asked her to blend then, the cut got worse. Again, the stylist was so sweet, so I didn't want to offend or draw attention in front of other clients. I called the salon when I got home and asked to speak with the manager. She said to come in and fix it. She said that the stylist wouldn't be there for a half hour since she was on her lunch break. When I arrived, she was still there and it made me very uncomfortable. The manager, Kari, told me I was making a big deal out of nothing. I said I just wanted a refund and she said they don't do that.  It was an overall humiliating experience. When I took my daughter to another salon to have it fixed,  a client of that salon asked me if my daughter got ahold of scissors.

I was in slightly while a friend got her hair done. A women up front named Kari was working. Let's just say I've seen bags of fish gravel with better personalities. Sad how one miserable human can bring down the moral of a whole business. In such a short period of time, I was miserable listening to how she handled herself and spoke to the employees working along side her. I would hope for the sake of the business and happiness of hard workers, her position is replaced by a more stable and happy personnel.

I am always a person that is faithful with whatever activities I engage in, and I love this place. Everything these days is expensive, seeing recent increase in prices, but that's everywhere you go. You definitely get what you pay for.
Bri usually cuts my hair, but she was unavailable; so Karri cut it this time. She did an amazing job. The new manager Karri is exceptionally friendly and actually had a meaningful conversation with me the entire time. The store is always clean, and there's usually available sitting if you just walk in. They cut hair in a timely fashion, and it just looks fantastic.
I appreciate them, and all the consistent work they do. Needless to say, I am always happy with my haircut when I leave, and make sure to tip them well for great work.

Despite 2+ signs on the door for REQUIRED face coverings, I walk in today with my 3 year old (both wearing our masks) only to see one of the stylists (who was pregnant btw) AND her adult male customer with NO face coverings. I was silly to stay & should have walked out then but was trying to give a benefit of the doubt to see what happened. I asked if she wiped down the chair (no) and why she didn't enforce the posted sign on herself or the previous customer.  She said "I'm not going to argue" and had 0 excuse for herself. People with little regard for science or empathy are the reasons why our children are facing remote school situations and communities / economies are facing additional challenges.
Their safety pledge below is listed online and their door, but they are not compliant and are full of sh*.
