Serenity Nail Spa in Mooresville, NC

I love Serenity Nails! The place is nice and comfortable, everyone is so sweet! It's also super clean. Their so gentle and make sure your needs are satisfied. I just got cute halloween nails and they turned out super cute! I have no regrets!

My new go-to!  I'm new to the area so I was nervous to look for a new salon but let me tell you this is the place! Sasha did my pedicure and Sandy did my nails and they were both great  for the manicure, I originally picked a different color from their ombré dip selection and Sandy let me know she thought it might be too light and let me try 2 different shades before landing on the one in my photo - she was so patient and considerate!  everyone on their team was very friendly and paid great attention to detail even with it being 5pm after a busy weekend. Will definitely be back!

Could not believe a $35 pedicure did not include callus removal.  Thought  that was what a pedicure was!

Unfortunately my nails are damaged after my visit to this nail salon. I got an SNS manicure. When we arrived, I sat for an hour waiting to be seated. The process of applying the dip only took 20 minutes - my nails were not clipped or filed, and my cuticle was not removed. Within a week the color of my nails changed and faded. I went to another salon to have the SNS removed due to the dingy color and they had a very hard time removing it and were concerned that it had been applied wrong. I wanted to leave this review to show you what my nails look like after having the SNS professionally removed. There are many wonderful options for a manicure in Mooresville. This is not one of them.

I had the worst experience. It's been a long time since I've been to serenity since they changed owners. I decided to get a pedicure and on arrival I am told where to sit. A man with long hair came to me didn't communicate just asked me which pedi I wanted and started grabbing my feet didn't ask the shape nothing. I asked him to cut my toenails on the side and he said they don't do that see a doctor, first of all I'm not asking you to cut an ingrown I'm asking to cut the tip side of my nail which most salons do. Fine I said don't worry about it. It took this man Literally 10 min to finish my pedicure. If I'm paying I expect my monies worth. Then by mistake I forgot my card in my car I said to him I need to go get it. When he was done he flung his arm towards the door like go get your card no communication so I went and in the process messed up 2 my toe nails he got so mad and started talking his language immediately. I'm not stupid I could sense his energy was off from the beginning. I know he was talking about me. He comes back looks at me in my face and grunts and then rolls his eyes. Sooooooooo unprofessional. Then he has me sit to dry my toes and saids"30 dollars with an attitude" yes I paid with no tip. I will not be going back. I miss the original owners. This is terrible shouldn't treat customers like this. If they had a 0 that is what I would rate them.
