Bad, bad haircut. Uneven, places not even cut. Asked for a specific style by name, yet stylist did not know what it was. As a former stylist myself I was appaled. Had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Made appointment online, yet was not taken back until 45 minutes after.

I normally get my haircut by Mary Jane and she's wonderful but I went in and she wasn't there the two stylist that were there told me they don't have experience cutting ethnic relaxed hair. Yes I am African American but my hair is naturally straight which they didn't want to touch. One of the stylist said she would cut it she got a few minutes in and said I don't feel comfortable cutting it anymore so I asked just for a trim around my ears and was told to tuck it behind my ear. I only had the cut done because I was going out of town it was the worst experience I've had oh it was a special on haircuts but because I was African American I didn't count for that. Next time I will wait for Mary Jane she on the other hand is amazing.

My experience was totally different than the ones posted here.  I'm shocked.  I didn't see any of this.  I had my hair cut and styled by Mary Jane.  I absolutely love it!  Was down there for a visit from Huntsville and decided to get my hair lopped off.  I didn't even know what I wanted.   I'm older and I just didn't want to look bald or harsh.  She gave me an age appropriate hairdo, that is cute as the dickens, and so easy to fix.  My husband even loves it and thinks it's so adorable.  Everyone just loves it.  So, thank you Mary Jane.   You were so sweet to me, made me a happy camper!!

I had a horrible experience at this salon!!!! Do not go here for color!!!! I went in asking for some highlights at the bottom and showed her the picture of what I wanted and was going for. The picture will speak for itself but they left the bleach on my hair too long and was done all wrong.. they tried to reschedule me and almost wouldn't even let me come up there for them to fix the following day. They ended up putting color on top of my hair to make it blend together because I was literally in tears in the chair because of everything they were telling me. I was extremely embarrassed of my hair and still am. They did not offer to refund me but to come back to them in 6-8 weeks for them to do it again..needless to say I will not be allowing them to touch my hair again. My hair is so damaged now that it's starting to break off everywhere. To make matters worse, the girl that did my hair let someone else fix her mess and questioned me and came at me with a bad attitude, and not once apologized. My hair is currently completely orange.

Terrible. Walked in there with a friend and waited for 10 minutes without every being acknowledged by the staff. Left without being seen. Don't waste your time.
