They usually do such a great job on nails and waxing but this was it for me. I came in asking for an eyebrow wax, someone that I don't usually see waxing told me to take a seat to wait. After 25mins I see that she comes to the back and it looks like she's organizing something where the wax is. Keep in mind she was doing someone else's nails when I came in and didn't see her wash her hands. I look back at my phone and when I look up, she's waiting for me with wax on a stick. I quickly ask if she's going to wax me and she just said yes. I then said ok but asked her to not leave them too thin and not to take from the middle of my brows. She brushed me off with a quick "yeah yeah, just a lineup". So she placed the wax on the bottom of my eyebrow and I feel her sit the strip on top and out of nowhere just ripped it off, it hurt so much I thought she ripped my skin off! I let her know that it was painful and again she brushed me off. I didn't feel so much pain after that so I let her continue. I start feeling her pluck a little too much from one of my brows and take quite a bit from the middle. I started to panic and she finished quite quickly. I was expecting something bad, but not this bad. My eyebrows were SO uneven and terrible. I gasped and told her she'd taken too much. She kept saying no and that they were fine. I sat there for five mins with the mirror to my face just processing and eventually got up. My forehead felt so hot and my eyebrows itched. She ignored my comments at the front and proceeded to check me out. I told her that I was extremely unhappy with them because they were so terrible. She insisted I was wrong and as I was talking she pulled a tube of Neosporin and shoved her finger to my forehead saying it was "just a little red" but they looked fine. I backed up and told her she didn't have to touch me like that and she got upset and told me to just go and leave. I did in fact leave, but I was so upset because you can't fix over-waxed eyebrows! I'm disappointed about the way she treated me and how I don't know who to contact about what she did. My eyebrows look so bad I can't even believe it.

First and last time going. They are rude and very unprofessional, they argue with there customers, over talk their  customers and talk about them.
Was not a good experience at all.

This was my first & last time coming here. I tried it out just to get me eyebrows waxed but was not pleased by the customer service.

Short wait, great people, and on point service. Drive 30 mins on a recommendation and this came through. Did a great job would come back! I'm old school and like acrylic. This place has pearl tips!!! I'm sold!

The whole staff is excellent ! Tina my go to girl and kelly is great also but I'm always happy when I leave. No lumps, bumps, or irregular nails and my pedicure always tip top !! I wouldn't tell you no lie ! I love em and yea I agree they high but you get what you pay for so I'll take quality ALL DAY !

I also been going to them for about 8months now !
