My poor kid is crying because of the haircut he received there tonight and I don't blame him. The stylist flat out ignored the cut I told her to give my son and I guess did whatever she wanted and then tried to convince him he liked it! He spent Years growing his hair out for her to cut it ALL OFF without even an apology and even expected a thank you like she did him a favor!! And it's not Even! There's weird short spots in odd places. It's AWFUL. Of course I tipped well, it's Christmas, but do Not take your kids here if you expect a certain cut and not just a basic buzz cut for boys with no style. I will NEVER be back. The other gal who cut my other son's hair did fine, but why take the chance?? You can't put hair back once it's all cut off.

Caroline could of cared less if she had customers or not. Had to wait for 10 minutes plus while she was on a personal phone call. Then demanded to sho proof of vaccination, even though the sign said no mask required for those that were vaccinated. Argued about what hair cut I wanted.

I will absolutely never go back there due the absolutely horrible customer service I received. And I will let anyone know who asks or not to not go there as well.
