I couldn't recommend Laura and her services enough. Not only does she give me amazing hair cuts and balayage--- I hired her for my hair and makeup for my elopement- she killed it!! I was late in hiring her for my special day and she listened to everything I needed and completed my ideal look fabulously! If you are looking for an expert- she's your woman! definitely coming back for her services when we do our wedding celebration next year.
I recently used Laura's services for my wedding and I am far from happy with how it all turned out. Laura straight up left her own salon before everyone was done to go work out, even though she knew we were running late.
Nobody felt like their services were complete- I had to ask repeatedly for eyeliner, bridesmaids never got mascara, and my mom about had to beg for more makeup and my nieces hair was not finished. Most of all I asked for a natural look and was given full coverage makeup that didn't match my natural skin color- I look orange in my photos.
I expressed to Laura what time we needed to be done and leave the salon. Admittedly we arrived about 10 minutes late but I was late to my own wedding because her services took forever. The rest of my bridal party finished their services 10 minutes before the wedding was set to start and they still had to drive over an hour away. Needless to say our wedding started late because the mother of the bride and the bridesmaids were MIA. She tried to blame me for pouring a drink from my chair and not sitting still enough for her.
I would absolutely not recommend Laura or her salon to anyone looking for professional services.

Amazingly, she got me onto her busy schedule within 24 hours of my first call.
Laura's extremely friendly, and she did a wonderful job on my haircut. My wife loved it, which (of course) is the true test of a great haircut for a guy.
Laura is now my stylist! I'm booking my next appointment now.
First, let me say that when I saw the negative comment about Laura's Salon and her service (by one person), it really makes me question the validity of such a claim. This stems from the fact that I have been going to Laura at Lola's Salon& Boutique for a long time. Not only has she ALWAYS been very attentive, proactive, professional and caring with me EVERY single time, but I have seen her with other patrons who feel the same way. She goes above and beyond. She listens more attentively than any other stylist I have every been to. I'm sorry that "the one lady" had a bad experience. I can't imagine having a bad experience with Laura because she pays attention to what her clients say and need. I have, and will continue to, recommend her to everyone I know.
I am a new client at Lola's Salon and must say it is a very relaxing experience and Laura does a great job on men's hair. She has a long term client with me. My wife is also a happy client as well.
