Supercuts in Lake Charles, LA

I have gotten my hair cut here twice. The first was actually a pretty decent haircut, however it was absolutely not the cut I asked for. The second was the worst cut of my life. The lady who cut the second time had no business working there. I asked for my sideburns to fade and pointed out where I would like it to start and end the fade. She cut a hard line at the top immediately after. From wildly inconsistent lengths, to cutting more off than I asked for, to ripply looking sides where she didn't blend correctly, it was terrible. I paid because I didn't want to be rude, went straight to Walmart and bought my own buzzer to fix it myself. Fortunately I had enough left on my head to correct the wavy sides, but I will never go back. Two of the three employees I have spoken with were very friendly, but that doesn't make up for a haircut that atrocious.

I've been getting the majority of  my hair cuts at Supercuts for quite some time, both at Lumpkin Plaza and the new Kroger location.  

I cannot recommend Kim enough.  She is friendly, and (in her own words) a "perfectionist."  She recently salvaged a bad haircut I got from another location.

I've been here 3 times trying to get a haircut. Still haven't received a hair cut due to a lack of staff. Every time i have came to this place the lobby is packed. I'm 4th or 5th on the list. There are 2 girls cutting hair obviously not experienced as they take 20-30 mins to perform a simple haircut which simple math tells me it's going to take and hour to an hour and a half just to sit down then 20-30 mins for the cut. I'm done here

Staff was courteous and friendly and service was very good. I got the cut with hair wash and shampoo and was completed in 20 minutes.

Rhonda did a fabulous job on my husband, however, the thing that impressed me the most was the two other stylists. They had a client that was most likely mentally challenged. Her poor hair had the worst knots I've ever seen. Stephen and gee whiz, I can't believe I forgot the other stylist's name, spent close to 45 minutes combing them out and when they actually accomplished it, her hair was beautiful again! The smile on her face was radiant. No way could I have done that. The easiest thing would have been for them to talk her into cutting that hair to shoulder length, but they worked diligently together and got it done! Two thumbs up! Then it was MY TURN! I didn't go there to have my hair done, but Steven worked a miracle on my curly hair and made me love my curls again! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! They also give military and first responders discount. SALUTE!
