I paid $20 for them to give my child the worst haircut I've ever seen. It's days later and I'm still finding long patches/pieces of hair that she completely missed and having to cut them myself. I don't recall her name, but she absolutely butchered my son's hair. Uneven, choppy, unacceptable. There is no way this lady is certified to cut hair. I didn't have high expectations for my toddler's cut, but he sat still, and loved getting his hair cut, so this lady had no excuses. It was my son's first time going to a barber too. It will certainly be his last time at supercuts. They just lost two potential lifelong customers.
If you're in desperate need of a cut like I was, then you'll go here but if you're looking for good edge ups and fades... this is not the place. This goes for men or older teens who care about a nice clean cut all around and not just looking to get hair cut however the stylist decides to do it
BEST salon ever! My husband and i walked in with no appointments and we were treated like royalty. From start to finish! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous!!!! If you're thinking "should i?" about this place....JUST DO IT. You seriously will not be disappointed!!!!
As soon as I walked in one of the hair stylists was there, waiting to greet me. I was a walk-in, and there was no wait time--they got me in right away. My hair stylist, Michelle, was very friendly and make my visit extremely enjoyable. She made extra sure that I was satisfied with my haircut. The salon was very clean and bright and had a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this hair salon.
