In Style Nails & Spas in Hermitage, PA

I have been to this spa to get my nails done about 3 times always have had good experiences for the most part. They have always been busy when I went and today there were many women in the spa I asked how long and they did not respond politely at all. I believe if you treat people right they'll come back right? Probably won't return they're rude.. don't care for my money that's fine I'll find better

Me and my daughter went there and they did a terrible job on are nails and pedi. I do not recommend this salon. They are also very rude and think they do good work . Do not waste your money going to this salon u will be very unhappy with the results .

I've been this to salon a few times in the past but my sister and I went on the 29th and it was an awful experience. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to get seated for our appointment to start and we both were seated at different times. I personally had the most painful manicure of my life as the nail technician used the electric nail drill on my cuticles and literally all but three fingers had bleeding cuticles when I left (which my cuticles were not like that in the slightest before coming in). My fingers were in pain for days after and have scabbing on my cuticles that were cut. The dip job itself was uneven, misshaped and was just done in haste and looked less than professional and was just rushed out of the salon without an apology. I included pictures of immediately after then manicure and they only got redder and more painful as the day went on. My family and I will no longer patronize this establishment.

My nails were ruined by time I got home . Place is dirty and they up charge for everything never been up charged to have nail filed down .. barley any massage on legs .. will not return rip off ! Charge me $40 for basic pedi and my daughter $35 for basic pedi ?!?! How can same service have 2 different prices ? I had $20 of up charge on top of my $40 so $60 for pedicure ?!?! This ain't vegas !

Not impressed with this place at all. A friend of mine had made a reservation for 4 of us for pedis but we were not all taken together and I ended up having to wait around while the other 3 all got started so they ended up waiting for me at the end. The staff were not paying attention to who came in first and were starting on people who came in after us before me. I also discovered, once I got home, that they had given me numerous cuts on my toes from their rough scrubbing. Would not recommend.
