this place is the absolute worst. I made an appointment for three people at 3 PM for three pedicures. I triple confirmed they'd be able to handle all of us at the same time hours before.. we show up at 3:15 I realize there's three people working three people waiting that also had 3 PM appointment. When I talk to the main person, they let me know that they would be doing each of our pedicures one at a time. Who has four hours for three people to get a pedicure with an appointment..: this place is trash. The guy also accused me of stealing polish on my way out the door, which was sitting on the table from where we did not recover our services. Do not give them business and if you make an appointment no it means nothing.

Went in for a pedicure with an appointment for me and my sister at the same time. Instead, they made her wait in the chair next to me until mine was finished. The steel tools did not come out of a sealed bag, but the files and pumice did. They did use a bowl liner. Our pedicures took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. They do look good though. The communication was minimal- just a few single word directions or questions.

so i use to go to this shop nail design hermitage to get my nails done and every time i went inside i even made an appointment they always had me wait, what's the sense of making an appointment if you have to wait i can see waiting 5 to 10 minutes cool but waiting longer then that what's the point of the appointment, we'll anyway to get to the point of i still go and support them and get my eyebrows done because i honestly can say i like the way tonys wife does my eyebrows well every time i go in there now it's always some excuse why they can't do my eyebrows i mean is it because i don't get my nails done there or what please tell me because i tip very well always more then what i should but i think they pick and choose whose eyebrows and also nails they want to do and thats bad business, i walked in there today to get my eyebrows done and they told me that i couldnt to come back wednesday so i said ok well my client called and asked if she could get her eyebrows done and she told her to come inside and she would just have to wait now what is the problem please tell me? so i feel like thats very bad business on there behalf they feel like they get so much business that they do not need certain peoples business pretty sad thats horrible but i guess its time to take myself some place else......

I went in to get my nails filled and cut down. mind you, I have long natural nails and I get an overlay. I came out with my white gel nails bumpy Nails were uneven. And she didn't even clean up the white polish on my cuticles that she did not even service. I used to LOVE this place. But it has really changed for the worse. I will not be returning ever again. She rushed on my nails and I'm not satisfied at all. Business owners should do better!!!
