The way they treat there customers is really weird, they don't know how to be polite or nice to kids. There was three ladies that work there... Do not know how to work as a team, 3 of them on schedule and 2 left on lunch... one gets upset at me for asking a question. She was rude and very messy. I handed the lady with very short hair a tip for the wonderful attitude just when i thought, she doesn't even say thank you. They need to definitely work on their communication skills with customers, cause if i didn't have my kids with me. I definitely would have put them in check for how they spoke to me in front of my kids. Vibe was completely off. Took them 15 minutes later when i had made a reservation. Was there longer than expected...
Horrible service! I have the app and scheduled an appointment. We were scheduled for a specific time with a Stylist named Lee... I have used the app previous times and never had an issue with who the stylist would be..... well we waited for an hour and the manager decided to pass on my son and cut someone's else's hair.... Being the patient person that I am I waited. Well then here comes a "walk in" and says he will pay someone $50 to cut his grand kids hair. At first the Manager said they were full but 2 min later said she would cut the child's hair... and yet we are still waiting. I confronted her and asked "who is Lee?" She responded "me" I asked why she passed up my son she said she was behind on clients and someone else would cut my sons hair.... However when I told her she was the one scheduled to cut my sons hair she said she was not, and proceeded to say she was not the one to cut his hair until I showed her the app. Then she had nothing else to say. She purposely did not want to cut his hair..... will never return to this Supercuts! Horrible customer service and supervisor skills.... Alicia however is awesome! Please work on management!
This is the 3rd time scheduling appoints this month and every time I show up there's a sign at the door that they had to close early. No cancelation email to inform that they close or anything. I chose this place because it's close to home but I might have to start looking some where else. I would give it a 0 stars but in order to post I have to give it a star. Very disappointed about this place.
Be prepared to wait over an hour even with an apt. The manager would rather chat while seeing customers stress over getting back to work. Fire her and move up the stylist. Closest place to our home but we won't be back.
Please save your money & time and go to an EXPERIENCED cosmetologist. I went in to cut off 2 inches and left with my layers being choppy. In the back and sides of my head I have hair that is about 3-4in long (mind you, my hair is passing my shoulder blades) this is due to her not thinning my hair out right & thinning too close to my head I should've listened to my gut and never went. Don't make the mistake I did. Do your research.
