They scratched my name off the wait list. I went in and put my name and number down then went to my car for literally ten minutes, there were two people in front of me on the list. I returned to the store to find my name scratched off the wait list. No attempt was made to contact me. This was incredibly unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location
I cannot believe the POOR quality haircut my fiancé received today! No one else was waiting, so being overwhelmed or rushed isn't an excuse. HOW IN THE WORLD, could the stylist NOT see how uneven she cut his hair and then literally not be bothered to attempt to even it out?? I am not a hair stylist and could have done better myself!
I like others have never had a complaint in my life about getting my hair cut but I once asked for a fade very simple haircut and it looked so terrible I had to shave it completely the line was extremely Noticeable and what was supposed to be a low fade became a clear high top the line was extremely noticeable basically bald then hair and to top it off the line was crooked all the way around I recommend NEVER GOING HERE
Never again it looks nothing like the picture, she cut off more than she said she would, the "long layers" are not long, and it is so choppy it looks like a kid cut it. I've been so happy here in the past but not today, unfortunately.
Most of the stylists are competent and they work fast. I've only had a few bad cuts in the seven years I've been going here. Post COVID, they are squeaky clean and require masks.
They do, however, engage in a few underhanded business practices. For example, they constantly leave the "No Wait" sign illuminated even if the waiting area is full. They also claim the CDC requires them to record the address of all customers for contact tracing, a BS claim since the CDC has no such authority. I believe it's a scam to harvest personal information so I just give them a fake address.
