Horrible haircut... do not go there. Did not blend at all and left these huge chunks on the sides. Better off doing it at home.
Love Jackie and Kristi. Been going there for around 6 years. Both are friendly, very knowledgeable and fast. Longest time I have ever had to wait was maybe 10 minutes and that was my fault on picking which day I stopped in ( prom day ). I can explain what I want and they get right after it. Every now and then I will find a hair or two that was missed but very seldom. Very reasonable on pricing also. The place I used to go to in the city was 65.00 for the same cut. The only problem is that Supercuts do not allow their stylist to use a straight razor to cut around cowlicks. But these 2 ladies can handle it
1st & last time coming here. Stylist(also the general manager), was not friendly at all. Not that she was rude, just not welcoming. She was not interested in having small talk at all. I can in badly needing a haircut after not having it cut in at least 2 months. It took her only about 15 min to cut using clippers. I know from having many styles/cuts in my 54 years, she just wanted to get my cut over asap. She did not take her time to detail the cut as far as looking to make sure no random hairs got missed, or lines neat & clean. I asked about some styling products which I bought. Asked her if she could put bought product in my hair & style because I was going out to lunch. She spent maybe 2 min putting in my hair & styling. I left very unhappy with her lack of service, & overall unfriendly manner. Yet, I still tipped well.
Tried to get a hair cut for my daughter and they said come back on New Years at 7 am when not busy. I thought this was a walk in shop. I have called and they don't take appointments. I visited 31/2 hours before close. Not my fault there was only one hair stylist. Would not visit again.
We have been taking the kids at this Supercuts for some time and this is the first time we have seen Beth! She was really rude and very negative right from the time we walked through the door. As soon as we opened the door, she gave us a negative attitude! She saw my two 1/2 year old, and she whispered something to the customer that she was with. My son has never cried about getting a haircut but this "sweet" lady made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome ! She would not provide us service because she does not provide haircuts to crying kids. She told me that I should better go to snip-it's, that they do a really good job there! (Really?)
I just can't believe that the customer service is getting to this point! Too bad that people like Beth provide service in your establishment. Shame, shame, shame. We will never ever be back to this store.
