Had a very good haircut here traveling through Friendly and quick seem to have some long term employees that know how to cut hair
I have been going here for years. Lately, it has become the worst, toxic business in the area. My last haircut was a 1 on a scale of 10. On January 7, 2023 (Saturday), I walked in at 5:20pm. There was one older gentleman sitting in the waiting area. Two women were working. I stood at the check-in station for a few minutes and then one of the two yells across the room, "We are not going to be able to get to anyone else today." There was one person waiting and the sign on the door said that they close at 6:00pm. RUDE business practices and BAD haircuts. I'd rather just shave my head than go back to this business.
I have been going here for years. On my last visit, upon entering I was asked if I was in the computer. I said yes, and the woman asks "but are you on The List". I ask what list? The woman shakes her head and acts like I am an idiot. She says 45 minutes to an hour. There is nobody getting their hair cut, and one guy waiting in front of me. I say ok and leave. I can only assume they have recently started taking reservations for appointments and the woman I talked to had no social skills as I still don't actually know what The List is. For all I know there is a list of special people who don't have to wait an hour in an empty salon for a mediocre and expensive haircut. Please note: I know how reservations work. It was the condescending way the woman treated me, without explaining anything to me, that made me feel excluded from their business. The one star review is indicative of the fact that I won't be going back to what was once a comfortable environment for me.
Very Poor men's haircut for $21 !!!!! No other customer was there when I went on Friday eve and That was not a good sign but I still went ahead. Wanted a simple side trim cut! The lady acted as if she understood and kept talking talking and cut it too short before I know it ! Didn't ask about my side burns and left it untrimmed, didn't ask the back as square or round ! These are basics !
Bad hair cut ever. Don't get this hair cut here. $16 for 6 mins. I showed the lady how I want my hair cut, and it was totally different. When I saw my hair cut by a mirror, it looks like I'm a country guy. So disappointed
