My Mom & I went into Supercuts this morning and we both got the best haircut that we have had in years. Brande did both of us and she was Awesome! She knows how to cut and she does it well. I'm planning on going back in a few weeks to have her do some color for me. I had not been to Supercuts in years, but as long as Brande is there, its my new go to place!
This is a follow up to my previous review. The woman who cut my neck is named Brandee. The cuts are definitely infected. I spoke to Brandee and the store manager, Eunice, yesterday. Brandee didn't say much when I told her about the cuts and the length of time bleeding. Eunice gave me her email and the email for the mgmt company's HR person. I emailed both of them and have received no reply. This is just shady all around... My cuts shouldn't have become infected so fast, had Brandee's sanitation practices not been so clearly bad. I wish I'd never walked into this place. Don't go here. It's a terribly ran operation and they have no consideration for their customer's safety.
i just got the best cut and conversation ever! Brandee is amazing both with scissors and insights. i have have challenging undercurls with a straight top layer; my hair now looks fantastic whether air or blown dried. i can see why she is always booked in advance. headsup, call ahead to get on her schedule.
