Supercuts in Bridgeport, WV

DO NOT GO HERE
Went in to get an ombre dye job and she first did the bleach... Sent me home with an Olaplex treatment... All the while swearing that this isn't going to kill my hair... Went back the next day to get the color put in... My hair was falling out in clumps while she was washing it. She trims it and styles it and I can tell it's dead... 1st the color looked nothing like the picture. Now she swore up and down she was going to add more color the next week for free since it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Well I just let it go and tried to save my hair by paying way too much for all these treatments... Needless to say my hair is super curly and now it's so dead there is no curl... It's brittle and dry and falling out in clumps when I shower. I followed all her rules to a T and it's still terrible... So I figure I would message her and just ask her to cut it into a short bob since its so dead and she said yeah we can do that and I'll do some B treatment also. I said I dont have money for all that I was kind of hoping since she was the one who messed up a $150 job plus a tip that she would cut it for free... Well I guess I was wrong. I have been a loyal customer for years. I take my son there also and recommend it to friends... I just figured she would want to atleast do the cut for me to try and keep from losing a loyal customer... Guess not. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I will no longer recommend. I know there was another woman who had a terrible experience and her hair pretty much all fell out. They had to buy her a wig and everything. I guess I should have known better. Just so this is clear its the hair salon beside Goodwill on Main Street in Bridgeport. And I do not recommend!!! Terrible  It won't let me give 0 stars so that's the only reason there is 1 there.

I guess if you enjoy gambling then this is as close to rolling dice in the haircut world as it gets. You might work with an experienced employee or someone who acts like they've never cut hair before. I had one good experience and one bad so far. The bad experience left my facial hair an unfortunate cross between a goatee and a beard. And all I asked for was a shorter beard.

I gave this a one only because it made me choose a rating. Just spent 24$ for a haircut and all I got was my sides chopped my layers a mess and static clink for hair. Didn't even trim my bangs worst cut ever wish I would have went to mall now. Outraged charges as much as high end salon. Place was not clean and my hair is a mess.... Never again . Lady didn't say 3 words to me and didn't offer to make it right . Wow all I can say awful service .

Took my son for a haircut - I will not be back. No professionalism or customer appreciation.  One employee was sick as a dog and still cutting hair. She should not be working with public if she's that ill. My son Had to wait 15 minutes before getting a haircut, which normally id find acceptable. But, there were 2 employees working and only 1 customer in the place (already getting a haircut when we walked in).  I had to wait for the employee #2 to finish whining to the busy employee about something going on with her family and how crappy her job was. When she finally finished her whining, she actually did an acceptable cut.  Though she didn't say 2 words or apologize for deleting service. I would have left if I didn't need to get his haircut so badly.

Terrible service , they encourage you to call ahead to make appointments but that literally means nothing to them .. I called at 430 on my way from fairmont and said I'd be there in 20 min just to get my sides done .. she said ok ,. I get there and there's two people there who got there after I made my appointment who were both taken before me , the lady was talking about how she was supposed to get off at 5 and complaining..I'm not gonna have anyone that's in a rush touch my hair .. No professionalism at all .. And the haircuts I've got there before are mediocre at best since they change stylists every week or so
