After signing in and being told my wife was next in line, we waited almost 20 minutes to have them take someone who just came in ahead of my wife.
Terrible service. I was one of two people in the entire shop. I was told 5-10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes. I saw four employees walking around talking and emptying trash. One of them walked to the computer, answered the phone then walked away. I left.
DO NOT GO TO THIS "SALON" unless you enjoy the staff person actually HITTING your head with the clippers as she gives you a traditional haircut you'd get at a barber. In addition to my haircut being the most brutal, it was also the fastest, taking no more than 4 minutes. This business EARNED a 0, but we are not allowed to choose that rating. NEVER AGAIN will I use this business--only did so as it was convenient for me at the time.
Made an appointment for a perm. Was standing in line waiting to tell them I was there when a young man walked in. He went directly to a stylist and asked if she had any openings. She walked to the desk and a co-worker told her she had a perm at 11. She told her co-worker "I don't care I'm doing him first". At the same time I checked in. She did not know that I heard everything she said. She looked at me and said "It will be 20 minutes at least ". I just looked at her. She said "Walk-ins have been waiting 45 minutes". I left.
Wonderful service! I have gone here for many years, and have always been pleased with the outcome. My stylists always do what I ask and offer suggestions for styling at home. A+
