Horrible! Horrible haircut, never been here and never to come back! The person who does this is not an expert as you can see she cut a tiny near my ears. Just Horrible and no skills

This is my first review. Cannot believe I actually would like to waste time on writing reviews. But anyway I do NOT recommend this store especially a stylist named Mimi. She is incompetent and cannot perform her work well. She just follows whatever you told her and didn't think how to make your hair style beautiful. I agree it's important to ask what customers want but more importantly it is necessary to think and put all requests together to come up with a style that looks beautiful and stunning. And that's why we need professional barbers to cut the hair for customers! For sure, we pay for the service but that also includes your intelligential properties! If I already know everything, why do I have to come here then?

Following a year + lock down living in Stalag California where one couldn't get a hair cut or even schedule an appointment for one, unless your name was Pelosi or Newsome . I fled to my dream paradise and retirement home of Sarasota. Desperately in need of a hair cut and unfamiliar with the community, I happened upon Victoria at Supercuts. With her 25+years of expertise with men's hair, she skillfully made quick work of removing 4 inches of growth from a thinning hair line and a scalp riddled with cowlicks to produce one of the best hair cuts that I have had in several years.

I was on vacation recently and wanted just a trim. I booked my appointment on line and was there in 15 minutes. Sonia was great! No waiting, COVID practices in place, great visit. Thank you!

Negative one stars. Whoever owns this place needs to talk to the stylist(s) that were working 2/24 in the afternoon/evening. I got out of work at 5:30pm, 'checked in' online, showing that there was 0min of waiting time. Well that's because the doors were locked and no one was inside. I got there at about 5:40pm, lights all on, just completely empty. Waited for about 20min, called and got no response. Was told that 'she' does this all the time, just locks the door and leaves during store hours, no sign on the door, nothing. Super disappointing, not great customer service!
