Horrible customer service. I questioned why my powder nails were bumpy and the tech said that they needed to dry and that the edges that weren't polished would fill in as they dried. $90 later (manicure too that was fine and done by a male tech) and a $20 tip, still bumpy 3 days later and didn't fill in. I went back at the advice of several friends and they told me to have a seat, I waited for 15 minutes only for THE SAME woman to tell me that that is just powder and dismissing oh said next time get gel. When I asked about the sides filing in and about her saying when she did it that it wouldn't dry that way she just repeated "next time get gel." So I spent $110 to have fingernails that have u touched cuticles, look like they were painted by a 3 year old, to be lied to, and then spoken to in an incredibly condescending manner! If u do make the mistake of soliciting this business, make sure it's right no matter what they say before you pay!!!
I had a full gel x set done by Eva. She was very rushy even though I had an appointment, but that doesn't bother me. I asked her for short round nails and walked out with long almond ones with a few crooked nails. I then called about an hour later to see if she could cut some length down on them and she happily agreed. When I went back in she wouldn't shape the sides and cut me down to a short square shape. Overall very unhappy with the appearance and still having to pay full price.
Very positive experience at Eva's. Even though they were pretty busy for a Friday morning, the tech was not rushed. She was friendly and relaxed and did a great job on my wedding nails! I got a French gel manicure. When I checked out, I was shocked to find out that a full gel manicure with French tip was only $40! And I even got a full hand/arm massage. Most places don't do that when they're supposed to for a manicure. And then they charge you an arm and a leg! But not Eva's! Friendly staff and great service. I will definitely be coming back.
Came here for a pedicure with plain nail polish. Waited maybe 10 minutes as a walk in, massage was fantastic, and nails look great!
My nails for dipped first cost me 65.00. No prices listed anywhere. My nails are so thick and ugly. I asked for coffin style, I don't know what they shaped my nails to but it was not that. My daughter had same nails done as I including dipped and was charged only 55.00, plus they offered drinks. Eva's was a big disappointment to me and will never go there again.
