This place was impeccable and organized. The staff were super helpful and patient. The tech was very knowledgeable and artistic did an exceptional job on my nails and I was extremely satisfied with how they turned out. It's exactly what I wanted :) I presented them with a picture of what I wanted; stiletto, French tip, acrylics and they quickly got to work asking me several questions throughout the process to ensure my expectations.

I liked going to Le's because I always had good service. However they have changed and are now horrible. I went for a no-chip mani and pedi. The tech they gave me looked like a 12 year old boy. He took forever to start my pedi. He cut me when he was trimming my nails. He did not give me a foot massage. The owner of the place took over and continued my pedi. Then she did my no chip mani. She tried to make it up to me by giving me a bag of chocolate. She was annoyed. To top it off, they overcharged me! $75! I refused to give a tip. Then because I knew I was overcharged I called the place when I got home and asked how much for a pedi and no chip mani and I was told $70. Place is a rip off! Terrible techs. Service sucks. Never going back! Beware!

This was my first and last time going to this shop. My nails look like I have had this polish on for a month and it hasn't even been 24 hrs. I was charged $50 for a Acrylic fill in and one nail repair. The sign says they do designs yet the guy doing my nails couldn't even draw a simple line. This is the worst I have ever had my nails done. I have been getting my over lay on my natural nails since I was a sophomore in high school and have never been so upset about how my nails turned out. And the prices are outrageous for the horrible work.

This use to be my favorite nail salon for years....then my favorite techs were just gone. I kept asking when they'd be back and was just told "not yet"....which was a lie, they weren't coming back at all. I wasn't loving the new techs, my nails weren't holding up as long...so, I started asking around and found out that Tom, Holly & Linda had moved to Andy's Nails on Lawrence in Harwood Hts. I wish Le Nails the best, but as far as I can see, all their valuable players went to Andy's.
