The bed you pay for is never available/broken and they never offer an upgrade or refund in its place. They just tell you you can use a lower level bed than you actually pay for. Don't bother unless you enjoy paying for something you don't actually get, you have to pay for the month up front and then spend the entire month getting told you can't tan in the bed you paid for. Same problems at both locations - wouldn't be so bad if they would at least upgrade you instead of downgrading you, offer a refund/credit, or even at least apologize
Wow - can you say GREEDY?? These owners are so greedy, not to mention rude as heck! I feel sorry for their customers and the girls that work there. I ended up buying my own bed.
